Plus, escape room themes can be very entertaining. A few of the most common themes for escape rooms are being trapped in a room with a zombie or solving a murder, which is great for thrill-seekers. But of course, you can choose a theme that will work best for your company because zombies are not for the fainthearted.

Plan a Boot Camp Weekend

Many people rarely have the chance to experience obstacle courses and physical challenges once they enter the corporate world, but you can change that. If you want a team-building activity that centers on athleticism, cooperation, teamwork, leadership, and competition, then a boot camp will be perfect for you.

Spending an entire weekend in a boot camp will increase your trust in one another and help you work on your communication skills. It will also encourage collaboration and stimulate creativity when building strategies on how to defeat the other teams. Plus, boot camps are perfect avenues to release stress.

Give Back to the Community

Team-building activities can only do so much to boost employee morale, and that’s why you can’t rely on them alone.
