My Happy Rainbow

Working at night has made me miss out on a lot of things. But not yesterday! After such a long time, I saw a rainbow! It was so beautiful I could not resist but to take a picture of it. Pardon the crudeness of the photo, my hands may have been shaking with excitement. I felt like a child again, eyes wide with amazement, smiling from ear to ear.

One more reason to believe that God is always with us, bringing little miracles, and tons of happiness in things that we may have ignored for a long time.

Wishing you blessings of peace and contentment in your heart. Have a Happy Monday everyone.

  3. What a beautiful "promise" of love to us from God! Thanks for the reminder to look for the rainbows and appreciate the beauty that is all around us if we look. Hugs! I used to work nights too... so I understand how hard that is.

  8. Rainbows are awesome. It's easy to see one using a prism or if you form an arching stream of water with a hose.

  11. Such a beautiful rainbow. When I was a kid and when I felt lonely, I would always look at a picture of a rainbow to brighten up my day. I was lucky if I get to see one at the precise moment when I was feeling gloomy. However, a mere sight of it even on glossy pages is enough to perk me up...even to this day. There's something about rainbows that brings a smile to my face. Maybe it's the profound belief that there's always a rainbow after the rain and that give me hope in everything.
